most, if not every car we offer, has a totally clean carfax
history report and is generally a one-owner vehicle. We know
that having a well-maintained vehicle history is among the
most important qualities of a used luxury vehicle. For this
reason, we include a carfax link to a detailed vehicle history
report for each and every one of our inventory cars at our

Can I buy a car online, or do
I have to travel to your dealership to buy a car?
It
is not necessary to travel to our location to purchase a vehicle
and all necessary paperwork can be e-mailed or faxed to you
for completion. While the majority of our sales are online
purchases, a car cannot be entirely purchased online. There
are a number of documents that need to be signed and information
that we need to collect from the purchaser. We do, however,
allow you to schedule a test drive or viewing of the vehicle,
place a deposit via the internet with any major credit card,
and encourage the buyer to use the internet as a helpful tool
to gather all the information on a vehicle of interest. We
will do our absolute best to give the customer an accurate
picture of the condition of each car prior to shipping or
delivery. If you want a more detailed picture of a specific
area that you are curious about, do not hesitate to ask. You
may also use the phone numbers listed on the website to request

Am I safe purchasing online
over E-bay and will my information be public?
Purchasing
an expensive item over the internet is very scary. Purchasing
an expensive item unseen over the internet is even more frightening.
Please take confidence in the fact that Exclusive Auto Imports
is a professional operation that is a licensed independent
used car dealer in the State of Florida. Exclusive Auto Imports
is fully bonded and is a member in good standing of the Florida
Independent Automobile Dealers Association (FIADA) as well
as the National Independent Automobile Dealers Association
(NIADA) and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). We strive to
offer hand-picked vehicles at wholesale prices while giving
the attention and courteous support to each individual client.
We are with you every step of the way, including assistance
with arranging transportation after the deal is done. Let

Winning an auction means you won the car; this is not a classified
ad, however if a car is not sold over E-bay, it is available
for sale through the dealership location. Please do not bid
until you have financing, if necessary, in place. As expected,
we never give out or sell customer information to any companies
for solicitation. We conceal the identity of our bidders and
run our E-bay auctions as “private” to protect
our clients from unwanted solicitation from other parties.

The auction for a car I was
interested in ended before I could bid and it didn’t
sell over E-bay. Is there any way I can still purchase this
vehicle?
Absolutely.
We only use E-bay as an advertising tool to reach potential
non-local clients. If the car sells over E-bay when we run
it, that’s great. If it doesn’t sell for any reason,
the car is available to any of our customers. Please feel
free to contact us if you see a car that you have interest
in, even if the auction has ended. We may still have that
vehicle in stock. Sometimes, people bid on vehicles or reserve
vehicles and then fail to get approved for financing. Also,
please be sure to visit the “Inventory” page on
our website to see vehicles that we have for sale that might
not be advertised on E-bay. Up
Can I set an appointment online
to see a car with a sales consultant?
Since
we work such long hours to accommodate customers that come
after business hours, Exclusive Auto Imports is by appointment
only. Please make sure to speak to a sales consultant before
coming to look at an inventory vehicle. Because of the nature
of this business, our sales consultants are not always at
the dealership; sometimes we are out purchasing vehicles,
having servicing or detailing done to inventory vehicles,
or delivering a purchased vehicle to its happy new owner.

Can I reserve a car online
until I can come in to see it?
At
Exclusive Auto Imports, our vehicles generally sell very
quickly because of our low prices. Our business model is
to provide the customer with a rock-bottom price in order
to sell a high quantity of cars at low profit. We recommend
that you visit the dealership as soon as possible once you
have found the vehicle you want. In very special cases,
our store management may allow the vehicle to be held until
the end of that business day, but generally, we require
a non-refundable deposit to reserve a car. Please contact
a sales consultant as soon as you find the vehicle you are

Can you contact me when a
car I'm interested in is added to your inventory?
Yes
we can. At Exclusive Auto Imports, we try to carry a wide
selection of vehicles to appeal to different crowds, but
you might be looking for something specific that we may
not have in stock. Please let us know if we do not have
your vehicle in stock and we will search our nationwide
automobile network to find your dream car. When a matching
vehicle is available we will contact you. Up
Do you sell new cars at your
dealership?
Generally,
we carry used vehicles in “like-new” or “better-than-new”
condition. In order to sell “new” cars, a dealership
must have franchise status usually reserved for extremely
large dealerships. Occasionally, we do get “new”
cars but they are generally previously titled or have demo
mileage on them. At Exclusive Auto Imports, we believe that
the best way to save the customer money is to buy a used
vehicle rather than new one because of the depreciation.

What can I expect to pay for
taxes, title, tags, and document processing fees?
The
exact amount you can expect to pay for state-required tax,
title, and tags will vary depending upon (1) the state in
which you live, (2) the county where you will register your
vehicle, (3) the weight of your vehicle, (4) whether you
will have a trade-in vehicle, and (5) the type of license
plate you select. All car dealerships have a mandatory dealer
fee that they HAVE to charge ALL customers by state law.
Some dealerships have been known to charge more than $1000.00,
but we keep our fee as low as possible. Our dealer processing
fee is $375.00 and covers the preparation of the vehicle,
a professional detailing, the preparation of documents,
filing tax, title and registration forms, and the expenses
of maintaining inventory. Up
If I buy a vehicle from Exclusive
Auto Imports and I live in another state, do I have to pay
the state taxes for both states?
This
varies by the tax laws in your state. Typically, purchasers
of motor vehicles are only required to pay taxes in the
state where the vehicle will be registered, unless you come
to pick up the vehicle from our dealership. If you do this,
you will be required to pay sales tax for the state of Florida,
but you will most likely get that amount credited toward
your registration/tax fees in your state (if the taxes are
higher in your state). If we ship the vehicle out of the
state, you will not be responsible for Florida sales tax;
only your state taxes will apply. Some states do require
that you pay the tax in the state where you purchase the
vehicle. Our sales consultants will help you determine the
taxes you will be required to pay. Please remember to factor
these costs into your budget when looking for a vehicle.

Are all of your used cars inspected?
Absolutely,
YES. Every vehicle on our lot must pass a quality inspection
by one of our technicians, as well as the owner of the dealership.
We do a mechanical as well as a cosmetic inspection to get
a complete idea of the vehicle before we decide to add it
to our inventory. These inspections allow us to be as thorough
and honest with the condition of all the vehicles in our inventory.
After all, the most important quality to have in this business
is honesty. At Exclusive Auto Imports, we will not sell a
car to a customer unless we would feel comfortable owning
it as our personal car. Up
Can I inspect the car in person
or have it taken to an independent shop?
Upon
your request, we will be happy to send the vehicle to a local
mechanical shop for an additional inspection at your expense.
The level of service can be anywhere from a visual examination
and test drive up to a detailed mechanical inspection including
engine compression check, brake pad wear percentage, etc.
The level of inspection will generally depend on how much
you are willing to spend. You may also choose to inspect the
car personally. If you are traveling by air, let us know your
flight information and we can plan your arrival at the dealership
and recommend a hotel. The closest airports are: Palm Beach,
Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Hollywood International. Once
you have inspected and purchased your car, you can either
drive home or we can arrange shipping. Up
Do your used cars come with
warranties?
Generally,
yes. We try our best to carry cars with the remainder of their
factory warranty intact. Occasionally, we have vehicles that
have expired factory warranties due to age or mileage. For
these cars, we can assist you with purchasing aftermarket
warranties through third-party warranty companies. Up
Can I return my used car if
something happens?
Generally,
no. The used cars we sell are purchased in “As-Is”
condition unless stated otherwise. Once the deal has been
done and the car has been picked up or delivered to the customer,
we can no longer accept the vehicle back. For this reason,
we strive to be as thorough and as honest with the condition
of each and every vehicle we sell. Take advantage of the extensive
amount of photos we include for each car to help bridge the
gap of buying a car sight unseen. At Exclusive Auto Imports,
our number one goal is to have a happy customer; a happy customer
is a returning customer. A used car is just that, a used car.
Please have realistic expectations of what you are buying
before you make a commitment. Some people want something that
is impossible to attain unless you are buying new off the
showroom floor (and paying the “new car price”).
We take pride in selecting certain cars that are in good condition
to minimize any surprises. Your failure to read or comply
with the advertised terms or failure to read the description
is NOT a reason for not honoring your winning bid. Please
feel free to ask as many questions as you may need or do as
much research as you can in order to gain a complete idea
of the vehicle you are buying. This is a good tip for any
significant purchase you make during your lifetime. Up
Will you buy my car from me,
or accept it as a trade-in?
Yes.
In fact, we love buying cars from private buyers or other
enthusiasts that religiously maintain their cars. A large
amount of the cars that we have in our inventory are purchased
from previous customers that have a complete maintenance history
of their cars. This helps to ensure that the new owner will
be pleased with their purchase when they receive the vehicle.
If you prefer to trade in your car for one in our inventory,
the value of your trade-in will be applied to the purchase
price of the car you buy from us. That deducted amount will
also save you fees collected by the government in the form
of taxes. In fact, you don't even have to trade your car in
to Exclusive Auto Imports. We'll buy your car (assuming it
passes our inspections), even if you don't buy one of ours.

How can I find out what my car
is worth?
If
you are a local customer, you can bring your vehicle to us
for an estimate. Before coming in, let us know the details
of the car and we can provide you with a rough idea of the
value of your car. You can also use some of the online resources,
such as the Kelly Blue Book, to figure out what the value
is. Please keep in mind that some cars are more desirable
than others and sometimes the KBB fails to factor that into
the price. Also, previous repairs or current damage to the
car can lower your estimate. If your trade-in is a car that
we would put in our showroom (vehicles that pass our rigorous
inspections), we can give you significantly more for it compared
to other trade-ins that we would send to auctions and sell
below wholesale. Up

to do maintenance on my car in the future?
No,
however we can recommend experienced professionals for any
service you might need. For our inventory vehicles, we contract
any maintenance jobs to the top-notch mechanics in our area,
